RETURN & REFUND POLICY FOR NOORYA
At NOORYA, we take pride in offering high quality modest fashion and lifestyle products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as hijabs and inner wear may not be eligible for return if opened or used.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged upon arrival
If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items

Hijabs, innerwear, and personal-use items cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene reasons.
Shipping Costs
- Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider
- Then contact your bank
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
